We understand bad things can happen. So we are now adopting this new Life-time Warranty for all our items. 

1. If your items were damaged or broken, simply contact us and send us a photo of them and we will send you replacements for free (postage is not covered and payable by customers).

2. Please DO NOT let your items contact with water for a long time as it damages the material. So washing face wearing them is fine but not taking a shower, for instance. If the damage is caused by soaking in water for too long, it is NOT covered in our warranty.

3. Lost items are NOT covered. 

4. There is NO time limit on our warranty. Even after years you bought the items from us, as long as they were damaged, we will replace them for you.
